Disconnect your internet (Ethernet cable) to avoid automatic interference, but keep the driver installer ready on your desktop.

This is a Windows path-length issue. Extract the driver folder to the root of your C: drive (e.g., C:\Andowl_Driver ) rather than a deeply nested Downloads folder. Run the installer again.
